Time flies! Suddenly the 7th day of the new year is also my first post this year. I hope you've had a terrific beginning to 2013.
I spent the last days of 2012 and most of Christmas on the couch at my parents house nursing a pretty nasty flu. My sister was sick with pneumonia so we were stuck in front of the TV with our parents taking care of us. Bringing us food, cold wraps and water. If you have to be sick then aforementioned setup is as good as it gets.
I moved to Copenhagen on the first day of 2013. And I started my internship on the second day. I've seen one (beautiful and peaceful) birth so far. Only one. I'm getting a little impatient and crossing my fingers that tomorrows shift will bring me another one.
Welcome 2013. I have a feeling that you'll be a good one.

DeleteI hope you get more births to attend soon. I've never waited on a baby before (since our first was early) but we just passed our due date yesterday and it's very strange to be wondering and waiting when I never thought we would. Happy New Year!

ReplyDeleteI think the moon is waining at the moment, so - according to old sayings - you'll have to wait another three weeks for a full moon, and a higher birth rate! :)
